Dr. Nabeel Alsaadi B.A., D.C., M.A.O. - Osteomyologist
I hail from Dallas, Texas and I have recently moved to the UK along with my lovely English wife Dalia. I have joined Back to Health due to my strong belief in the type of care we provide and wonderful outcomes that patients have received over the years. I’m passionate about people’s health and wellbeing and strongly believe that the care we provide allows them to fulfil their optimal health!
I received my Doctoral degree from the prestigious Parker College in 2010 and my Bachelors degree from the University of Texas in 1999. My clinical focus and passion revolves around Posture and Spinal Corrective Care. I have also spent over three years of my professional career working with the American Heart Association helping to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
I’m very passionate about my family and enjoy spending time with them as well as maintaining a healthy and active life style.
I am looking forward to bringing my “Good Ole Southern Hospitality” to our community and all of our Back to Health Patients ensuring that they receive the best care possible!
Dr. Sanvir Maharaj M.Tech. (Chiro) - Chiropractor
I was born and raised in Isipingo, Durban, South Africa. At the tender age of 7, I had experienced my first neck sprain and was fortunately taken to a Chiropractor by my parents who had an affinity for alternative therapies. The adjustment relieved the pain and stiffness dramatically, and that’s when my love, passion and respect for the profession began.
I graduated from Durban University of Technology as a Doctor of Chiropractic after completing a 6 year master degree and decided to express my passion for Chiropractic here in the U.K.
In my spare time I enjoy movies, sport, socializing with friends as well as all types of music (especially hard house.) I have a quirky sense of humour but take my responsibilities very seriously. My number 1 priority is my patients and their well being. I look forward to educating the community and helping my patients take their health to the next level.

Elaine Adams Practice Coordinator
Elaine Adams has been with Back to Health for 5 years now and brings a wealth of Management experience with her. Elaine is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren (twins) Her family is her ‘core stability’ and most Sundays she relishes in cooking the Sunday roast for all to visit and enjoy, she loves cooking so ‘the more the merrier’.
Elaine is also a animal lover and has just obtained a puppy, a Dogue de Bordeaux, (the dog from ‘ Turner & Hooch ‘) she also has a Rottweiler so spends lots of her free time walking them both and never has any bother walking out in the dark or late at night !!!
It is Elaine’s responsibility to make the practice run smoothly and efficiently and educate as many patients as she can about chiropractic care.
Claire McGinty Chiropractic Assistant
Hi I'm Claire McGinty and I'm the chiropractic assistant at the Guildford clinic. When I was in school I had an accident that damaged my lower back. My dream has always been to be a choreographer but that was cut short due to my incident. Joining the Back to Health team was fait; as since then I have been under corrective care and my back pain has dramatically been reduced and I'm able to dance again.
My role at the clinic is to assist the team and help ensure that the clinic runs smoothly. I enjoy working with patients and educating them about there overall health. I also ensure that they stay on schedule in order to achieve their goals. I have met some wonderful people here and I look forward to meeting you!
Wendy Ventura External Marketing Coordinator
Wendy is a new addition to our team in Guildford, she has been working with us for just over a month. Studying to be a massage therapist she hopes to one day own her own spa. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as they are the most important people in her life, along with her boyfriend Simon who is a close protection officer also a patient of the Guildford clinic.
It is Wendy's responsibility to bring awareness of chiropractic corrective care in the Guildford area. " It is my aim to help educate and involve as many Guildford residents in chiropractic corrective care. At Back To Health we pride ourselves on excellent patient care, finding the cause of the problem allows us to apply the proper corrective methods, leading to optimal health. Family is not just the most important thing in my life, but of the entire team at Back To Health."
